{"id":23366,"title":"Junior Administration Accountant","company":"XBO.com","location":"Limassol","description":"Education & Qualifications\n\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field\r\n\r\nTechnical Skills\n\r\n\r\nExperience in accounting software (1C – Logisoft will be considered as advantage)\r\nBasic Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas such as SUM and AVERAGE, formatting spreadsheets)\r\nBasic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)\r\nFamiliarity with general ledger and double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principle and accrual, deposit and bookkeeping entries.\r\n\r\nCore Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes\r\nProcess accounts payable and receivable\r\nPerform bank reconciliations and journal entries\r\nSupport preparation of financial reports and management accounts\r\nAssist with VAT returns and tax filings\r\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records\r\nIssue of invoices and control sales and receivables\r\nCommunication with clients’ and collection of receivables\r\nMaintain and update the receivables list and sales control\r\n\r\nSoft Skills\n\r\n\r\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\r\nAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks\r\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal\r\nTeam player with a willingness to learn\r\n\r\nExperience\n\r\n\r\n0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience\r\nInternship or placement experience is an advantage\r\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
