This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books and records, preparing financial and investor reporting, and supporting all accounting and operational aspects of clients serviced through the Yardi platform. The Senior Associate will act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.\n\n\r\n\r\nPrepare and maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules for assigned real asset funds utilizing Yardi.\r\nPrepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, ASPE).\r\nProcess capital activity calculations and notices, including capital calls and distributions.\r\nPerform NAV calculations, prepare investor-level reporting, and conduct management and carried interest computations.\r\nCoordinate and review property-level data, valuations, and performance metrics for consolidation at the Fund level.\r\nReview and reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and investment transactions.\r\nSupport the annual audit and tax processes by liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and clients as required.\r\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancements of systems and workflows within Yardi and related tools.\r\nMentor junior team members and review their work to ensure accuracy and consistency.\r\nMaintain effective","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106392/senior-fund-accountant-real-assets/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106392/senior-fund-accountant-real-assets/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Finance","datePosted":"2026-06-15T10:49:39.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-14T13:49:39+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-16T22:19:26.503Z","fingerprint":"71d28428f52a3dbb","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-16T22:19:26.388Z"}
