As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic AML Operations Officer to join our team.\n\nYour role at HFM:\n\n\r\n\r\nReview and investigate transaction monitoring alerts generated by systems.\r\nConduct ongoing monitoring in accordance with AML policies, rules, and risk-based methodologies.\r\nAnalyse transactional behaviour and identify unusual or suspicious patterns in terms of AML.\r\nPerform AML administrative tasks, including liaising with the Back Office Department for due diligence requests.\r\nComplete PSP (Payment Service Provider) and banking questionnaires in accordance with AML policies and procedures.\r\nInvestigate potential money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing activities and coordinate fraud investigations with relevant internal departments.\r\nEscalate potentially suspicious activities to the AML Operations Team Leader in a timely manner.\r\nEnsure prompt escalation of high-risk or time-sensitive matters.\r\nAssist in drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) / Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) under senior guidance.\r\nReview and update internal operational guidelines between AML and Back Office.\r\nSupport the implementation of changes to AML monitoring rules, systems, and procedures.\r\nEnsure adherence to internal AML policies and regulatory requirements.\r\nProvide guidance to employees on AML matters.\r\nReview AML training materials to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and effective communication. \n\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\n\r\n\r\nBSc Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.\r\n2+ years’ experience in a similar role.\r\nAnalytical thinking and investigative skills.\r\nHigh attention to detail.\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nExperience with transaction monitoring and client screening","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106261/aml-operations-officer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106261/aml-operations-officer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Fintech, Forex, Legal","datePosted":"2026-06-15T09:08:47.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-14T12:08:47+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-16T22:19:25.252Z","fingerprint":"2e9ffba4f3d9f6d9","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-16T22:19:25.233Z"}
