{"id":22245,"title":"Compliance and AML Officer - CySec","company":"FP Markets","location":"Limassol","description":"FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies.\n\r\nWe are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Compliance and AML Officer - CySec in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.\n\r\nReporting to: Head of CySec Compliance\n\r\nResponsibilities:\n\n\r\n- Day-to-day assistance for the Compliance Officers across relevant jurisdictions\n\r\n- Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements, license conditions, and reporting obligations\n\r\n- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulations\n\r\n- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business; advise senior management on required actions\n\r\n- Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions, and risk management frameworks in accordance with regulatory standards\n\r\n- Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions\n\r\n- Support license applications, renewals, variations, and regulatory filings\n\r\n- Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams\n\r\n- Liaise with legal, operations, and senior management to ensure compliance is embedded across the organization\n\r\nCandidate Profile:\n\n\r\n- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced or professional compliance qualifications are an advantage)\n\r\n- Minimum of 1 year experience in a compliance role with demonstrated CySec licensing exposure\n\r\n- Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory regimes and compliance expectations\n\r\n- Hands-on experience with AML/CFT regulations, KYC procedures, and regulatory reporting\n\r\n- Proven experience interacting with offshore regulators and managing regulatory correspondence\n\r\n- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\n\r\n- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently\n\r\n- S","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106106/compliance-and-aml-officer-cysec/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106106/compliance-and-aml-officer-cysec/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance, Fintech, Forex, Legal","datePosted":"2026-06-10T10:44:40.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-09T13:44:40+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-14T01:59:56.722Z","fingerprint":"aff2c3dafd9e3f6c","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-14T01:59:56.704Z"}
