This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations the Monitoring Station of the company. Typical tasks include daily inspection of the procedures of the Monitoring, coordinating with technicians and project managers, monitoring workflow, and resolving operational issues as they arise.\n\r\nThe Operations Manager will track performance metrics, optimize processes, and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves liaising with clients, supporting budgeting and cost control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
