You’ll be a key player in the finance operations of a multinational group, working directly with the Financial Controller and contributing to the company’s success across multiple entities.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nReport directly to the Financial Controller and play an active role in the Group’s financial operations\r\nPerform high-standard bookkeeping, bank & supplier reconciliations, and accounting entries\r\nPrepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow monitoring\r\nManage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and optimize cash flow\r\nPrepare and submit quarterly VAT returns for the Group companies\r\nHandle full payroll cycle in accordance with Cyprus Employment Law\r\nManage monthly social insurance contributions and payments to Cyprus Tax authorities\r\nLiaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders\r\nEnsure full compliance with IFRS and identify opportunities for process improvement\r\nSupport multiple companies efficiently while maintaining accuracy and control\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent\r\nMinimum 3 years of accounting experience (Big 4 or international company experience — advantage)\r\nStrong experience with SAP — mandatory\r\nExcellent command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)\r\nFull professional proficiency in English and Greek (both spoken and written)\r\nSolid knowledge of IFRS and Cyprus tax & social insurance regulations\r\nHighly organized with strong time-management skills\r\nAbility to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities\r\nProblem","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106669/accountant/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106669/accountant/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Finance","datePosted":"2026-06-09T08:39:44.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-08T11:39:44+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-14T01:53:29.122Z","fingerprint":"95d5a8a061627e30","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-14T01:53:29.104Z"}
