We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Business System Analyst to join our growing Integrations team at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.\n\r\nAbout the Role:\n\r\nAs a Business System Analyst for the Integrations Team, you will act as a bridge between clients, providers, and the development team. This role combines business and system analysis responsibilities and is deeply embedded in the delivery process. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality integrations of third-party payment providers into our platform.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Dev team, Account Managers, Product, Support) and external PSPs to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements;\r\nAnalyze client requests and provider API documentation to define clear, structured, and technically feasible requirements;\r\nCommunicate with clients and providers (via comments, chat, and occasional calls) to clarify requirements and resolve open questions;\r\nConduct gap analysis between partner APIs and paytech’s platform capabilities;\r\nPrepare integration documentation, flow diagrams, and interface definitions;\r\nSupport developers during implementation by clarifying logic, edge cases, and integration details;\r\nFacilitate resolution of technical questions between developers and providers/clients;\r\nContribute to continuous improvement of internal BA processes and knowledge bases.\r\n\r\nJob Requirements:\n\r\n\r\n3+ years of experience in business, system or product analysis roles, specifically in payment systems, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms;\r\nStrong understanding of APIs, payment flows, and system integration concepts, and practical experience working directly with development teams;\r\nFluent in English and Russian (written and spoken);\r\nExcellent analytical skills and attention ","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106023/business-system-analyst-psp-integrations/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106023/business-system-analyst-psp-integrations/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance, Fintech, Forex, Information Technology","datePosted":"2026-06-08T10:28:38.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-07T13:28:38+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-14T01:51:42.921Z","fingerprint":"1db3339bf14bd5d3","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-14T01:51:42.903Z"}
