As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Process Analyst to join our team.\n\nYour role at HFM:\n\n\r\n\r\nAnalyse key business and processes performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\r\nMap and document current (“AS IS”) business processes to provide a clear understanding of existing workflows.\r\nIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, and potential enhancements to support process transformation and optimization initiatives.\r\nDevelop and present process improvement recommendations aligned with business objectives and best practices.\r\nPrepare and deliver detailed reports, insights, and progress updates to the Head of the Business Process Management Office (BPMO), Process Owners, and relevant managers. \n\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\n\r\n\r\nPrevious experience in Business Process Analysis, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Operations, or related roles.\r\nStrong enthusiasm and curiosity about AI technologies, predictive analytics, and data-driven innovation.\r\nAnalytical & Critical Thinking to dissect complex business processes, identify root causes of problems, interpret data, and logically evaluate various solutions.\r\nProblem-Solving ability, to identify process issues, bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and creatively developing practical, data-driven solutions.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.\r\nExperience with process management (JIRA preferred) and workflow automation tools.\r\nAbility to create clear, detailed documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.\r\nProven ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.\r\nExceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting w","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106031/process-analyst/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106031/process-analyst/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance, Fintech, Forex, Information Technology","datePosted":"2026-06-05T09:47:43.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-04T12:47:43+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-09T07:36:50.629Z","fingerprint":"1d6aefd195086196","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-09T07:36:50.601Z"}
