You will also be issuing other related documents accurately and within required timescales.\n\r\nResponsibilities:\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHandling of a number of ships as assigned by the department’s Manager.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIdentifying cheapest flights according to the vessels schedule.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMaking the flight bookings/issuance for crew using the Amadeus GDS.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHandling different travel accounts of clients.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSending emails with flight details.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nRefunds of bookings.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nProcessing hotel reservations.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSkills and Experience:\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSchool completion certificate.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAny degree on ticketing could be considered as an advantage.\n\r\n\r\n\r\n1 years experience. Relevant experience in fight ticket for seafarers or marine crew will be an advantage.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work independently and under own initiative.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent command of English.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong organizational skills.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong communication and Interpersonal skills.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAttention to detail.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nComputer Literacy.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA very attractive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
