You'll find our 700+ team across 12 regions and 9 time zones.\n\nThe Role\n\r\nThe Engineering Manager leads multiple cross-functional engineering teams responsible for the development, performance and ongoing operation of Pepperstone's core trading platform, including the Order Management System (OMS), trading integrations and platform services. This role is accountable for translating the Trading Platform vision and roadmap into high-quality engineering outcomes, while ensuring the platform is fast, stable, scalable and secure. The Engineering Manager owns platform performance, reliability, and delivery excellence, and is responsible for building high-performing technical teams operating under a build-and-run model executing high-quality, low latency, scalable, secure trading capabilities at pace.
