You'll work closely with our Sales Director and have direct influence on how we win in this market from day one.\n\nIf you want to be employee number one on the ground in a market that's just opening up — and you're motivated by building a book of business rather than inheriting one — this role is for you.\n\nYour Profile\n\n\r\n\r\n5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, treasury, investment products or financial services. You've run full-cycle deals independently and have a track record of building pipeline from scratch.\r\nProven outbound track record: you've built pipeline from scratch, not just worked warm leads.\r\nComfortable selling to founders, finance leaders and C-level stakeholders at SMEs.\r\nStrong commercial instincts, structured thinking, and analytical rigour.\r\nHands-on with CRM tools and modern sales tech stack.\r\nSelf-starter mentality — you thrive in environments where the playbook isn't fully written yet.\r\nFor Cyprus: Fluent in English and Greek. Russian is a strong plus.\r\nFor Luxembourg: Fluent in English and French (or Luxembourgish).
