This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn short-term rental management from the ground up and is happy to support across guest communication, property checks, cleaner coordination, errands, inspections, and day-to-day problem solving.\n\r\nThe role is designed to provide weekend and peak-season support to the Operations Manager and to act as an extra pair of hands across guest service, property readiness, office support, and urgent operational tasks.\n\r\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\r\nWe are looking for an organised, warm, and practical junior team member to join The Front Desk in Limassol. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who wants to learn short-term rental management from the ground up, with a particular focus on weekend front desk and guest support during our busy summer season. Full training is provided.\n\r\nAs part of our Front Office team, you'll be the friendly face of The Front Desk on weekends — looking after guests in person and by message — and you'll support our Operations Manager with property readiness and day-to-day tasks during the week.
