The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, addressing any inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.\n\r\nResponsibilities\n\r\n\r\nManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and verifying information.\r\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the onboarding process.\r\nMaintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress in our CRM system.\r\nCommunicate effectively with clients to explain our services, answer questions, and address any issues that arise during the onboarding process.\r\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Customer Support, and Technical Support teams to coordinate efforts, streamline the end-to-end onboarding experience, and ensure both regulatory obligations and client expectations are met efficiently and consistently. \r\nProactively identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall customer experience.\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree.\r\nPrevious experience in client onboarding, or a similar role is mandatory, preferably in the financial or technology sector.\r\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.\r\nProficiency in using CRM systems","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/105558/onboarding-specialist/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/105558/onboarding-specialist/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Fintech, Forex, Sales","datePosted":"2026-05-28T09:22:02.000Z","deadline":"2026-07-27T12:22:02+03:00","createdAt":"2026-05-29T15:00:03.915Z","fingerprint":"2eafc440df6d2fd4","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-05-29T15:00:03.499Z"}
