In this role, you will help ensure the firm adheres to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, while supporting a strong culture of integrity and compliance.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nEvaluate the effectiveness of internal policies, procedures, and controls, and identify areas for improvement.\r\nSupport the development, updating, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated across relevant departments.\r\nStay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to help keep the firm’s compliance framework up to date.\r\nMaintain and organise internal compliance records and documentation.\r\nAssist in monitoring and reporting regulatory developments to senior management and the Board of Directors.\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.\r\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.\r\nCySEC Advanced Certification will be considered an advantage.\r\nBasic knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.\r\nHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\r\n\r\nBenefits\n\r\nCandidates will be offered an attractive remuneration package including:\n\r\n\r\n13th salary\r\nPension Plan\r\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
