You will work alongside existing AI Engineers—designing and building multi-agent systems, creating internal applications through Claude Code, and accelerating AI adoption across business units. The core of this role is rapid development of large, complex systems using Claude Code as the primary development methodology—not as a feature, but as the engine of the entire build process.\n\r\nYou will collaborate closely with multiple teams to understand their processes, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into practical, high-impact solutions. You will also work side-by-side with DevOps on deployment and environments.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\n\r\n1. Partnering with Business Units (Discovery → Prioritization → Build)\n\r\n\r\nTranslate business requirements into actionable AI solutions (Agents, automations, internal apps).\r\nRun UAT cycles, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.\r\nEnsure alignment, adoption, and satisfaction from each unit.\r\n\r\n2. Internal AI App Factory – Claude Code First\n\r\n\r\nUse Claude Code to rapidly build internal applications: backend, frontend, workflows, and APIs.\r\nOrchestrate multi-agent pipelines that handle real organizational complexity.\r\nPerform functional reviews of generated code and ensure it meets production standards.\r\nBuild reusable templates and standards that accelerate future AI-assisted development.\r\n\r\n3.
