As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nGreet and assist customers in a professional manner.\r\nPromote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers.\r\nUnderstand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.\r\nEnsure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand.\r\nSupport daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration.\r\n\r\nCandidate Profile\n\r\n\r\nAble to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.\r\nAbility to understand and apply sales techniques.\r\nReliable, team oriented with attention to detail.\r\nFluency in Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.\r\nClean criminal record.\r\nValid work permit\r\n\r\nRemuneration and benefits\n\r\n\r\nFixed monthly salary\r\nMonthly commission based on sales\r\n13th Salary\r\nParticipation in the company’s Provident Fund scheme\r\n25 days paid annual leave\r\nOngoing training and professional development\r\n\r\nWork Hours \n\r\nThe working hours are 38 hours per week to be allocated in mornings and/or afternoons for 6 days of the week.\n\r\n \n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
