Duties will include:\nVAT & OSS Compliance\nPrepare and review VAT returns and VIESManage One-Stop Shop (OSS) reporting for cross-border B2C supplies within the EUEnsure accurate VAT treatment and reconciliation of VAT accountsAccounting Records Preparation (IAS/IFRS)\nMaintain and prepare accounting records in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) / IFRSEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial data for reporting purposesSupport the preparation of statutory financial statementsAudit & External Liaison\nAct as the primary contact for external auditorsPrepare audit files, schedules, and supporting documentationAddress auditor queries and ensure timely completion of auditsSupervision & Team Oversight\nSupervise accounting staff and review their work for accuracy and complianceProvide guidance, training, and technical support to junior team membersAllocate tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficientlyQualifications\nSound knowledge in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and ForecastingStrong understanding of Taxation, including VAT and corporate tax complianceProficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systemsAnalytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detailProven experience in team supervision and leadershipAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA) are highly preferredExperience in the Fintech, digital business, or legal services sector is a plusNot what you are looking for?
