Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, and interior designers to bring forward elegant, functional, and innovative design solutions. Lead tendering processes and negotiate contract awards with discretion and professionalism. \n\r\n⁃ Design & Service Integration: Maintain a deep understanding of existing resort infrastructure, ensuring seamless serviceability and proposing refined solutions to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.\n\r\n⁃ Budget Management: Estimating costs, forecasting budgets, payment certificates, obtain quotes, and tracking expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.\n\r\n⁃ Resource Coordination: Direct multiple teams and external partners, ensuring optimal resource allocation and smooth project execution. \n\r\n⁃ Risk Management: Anticipate challenges, assess risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
