As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.\n\r\nMain tasks and responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nFilling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance\r\nResponding to client’s requests in timely manner\r\nKeeping-up with formats’ updates\r\nMinimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents\r\nPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections\r\nPrepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations\r\nSupport the onboarding clients, and coordinating with other departments (Documents, KYCs)\r\nConfirmation Calls, following up with the unfunded accounts.\r\nEducate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.\r\nWork with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.\r\nIdentify and report any patterns or trends in customer inquiries to help improve products and services.\r\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.\r\n\r\nEducation and Experience\n\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field.\r\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.\r\nS","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/105293/relationship-officer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/105293/relationship-officer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Forex","datePosted":"2026-05-21T09:09:29.000Z","deadline":"2026-07-20T12:09:29+03:00","createdAt":"2026-05-22T16:34:07.195Z","fingerprint":"86f1560967bd77b7","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-05-22T16:34:07.078Z"}
