Strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a guest-focused attitude are essential.\n \nResponsibilities:\nReplace the Head Barman in his absenceProvide the highest standard of service to guestsAssist guests by explaining cocktail options and beverage selectionsPrepare drinks according to hotel standard recipesEnsure mise-en-place is completed prior to serviceSet up the bar area in the morning and maintain cleanliness throughout the dayKeep the bar clean, organized and well-presented during servicePromote food, beverage offerings and hotel special eventsReport guest complaints to the Bar Supervisor or F&B ManagerCarry out any additional duties assigned by management \nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years experience in similar position Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage.
