The successful candidate will act as the independent quality authority on-site, ensuring that all works meet contractual specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.\nThe role carries decision-making authority over construction quality compliance, including the ability to escalate or recommend withholding of contractor payments where required, in coordination with relevant departments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1. Construction Quality Oversight\nConduct independent stage-gate inspections across all construction phases (structural, MEP, fit-out, and finishing works).\nReview and approve or reject contractor submissions, materials, and workmanship prior to execution.\nIssue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring full tracking and closure.\nAttend site meetings and escalate quality issues or recurring deficiencies to senior management.\nMaintain a structured Quality Register for all ongoing works and inspections.\nIdentify and formally escalate cases where contractor payments should be withheld due to unresolved quality issues.\n2.
