DEMETRIADES LTD","location":"Nicosia","description":"DC Demetriades is a leading supplier of building materials in Cyprus, offering high-quality products – from steel rebars and timber to flooring, sanitary ware, façade solutions, and solar systems.\n \nAs part of the continuous growth of our Solar Systems Department, we are looking for a Technical Support & After Sales Engineer (Electrical Engineer) to strengthen our team.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical support (B2B) to solar system installers, both remotely and on-site.Conduct on-site technical supervision at projects for evaluation and direct troubleshooting.Manage and control product Serial Numbers (SN), ensuring strict compliance with traceability procedures in collaboration with the logistics/warehouse department.Support partners in the correct design and sizing of solar systems.Collaborate closely with the Sales team for the evaluation and technical preparation of new projects.Required Qualifications:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering.
