The successful candidate will contribute to marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support engagement across digital platforms.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n· Manage the back office of the CYENS website.\n· Be confident in using WordPress and regularly update and maintain the CYENS website.\n· Support and coordinate all digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, paid campaigns and social media management.\n· Create, schedule, and upload content for social media, including video editing and product photography.\n· Manage email marketing platforms and distribute content for CYENS newsletters.\n· Maintain and enhance the CYENS marketing and communication database.\n· Good working knowledge of content creation and AI/design tools.\n· Monitor marketing performance, assess traffic and impact, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, including the website and social media.\n· Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to media outlets to promote CYENS initiatives, events, and achievements.\n· Perform any other related duties as required.\n· Perform any other duties as specified by the manager, CYENS management or relevant procedures.\n \nGeneral qualifications and requirements\n1. University Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) or relevant diploma / certificate or other study title or qualifications in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a relevant field, or expected to complete by the time of starting the job.\n2. Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is an advantage but not required. \n3.
