The Nicosia office opened in 1998, we currently have over 200 dynamic employees – and are looking to have more to join our teams across various functions.\n \nRole in Brief\nThe role of the Legal Analyst – Alternative Investments is to work closely with their respective Team and Team Lead in providing terms review, negotiation support and transaction support services to clients for their investments in hedge and private market funds.\n \nA significant portion of the Legal Analyst’s time will be allocated to the review funds’ legal documents, interpretating legal language and assessing whether the investment terms are within market standards. The Legal Analyst will support clients located across the globe, with reports focusing on key investment terms in order to support clients with their investment decisions.\n \nFollowing a period of apprenticeship, the Associate Legal Analyst is expected to develop a mastery of the issues commonly encountered when providing these services to clients and will be expected to engage with the Senior Analysts and Partners on client projects.\n \nThe Legal Analyst will also assist in developing training material and presentations for internal and external use on issues related to clients’ implementation of alternative investments, as well as cataloguing and organizing responses to client issues for creating an issues library for use with subsequent clients.\n \nThe Legal Analyst will be based in Cyprus and be part of a growing global team with members based in Cyprus, Connecticut, New York and Toronto.
