This role is suited to an experienced legal professional with a strong background in employment law, capable of advising on a broad range of workplace matters, managing complex legal issues, and supporting clients across both advisory and dispute-related areas.\n \nRole Overview\n \nThe Employment Law Advocate position requires a legal professional with strong technical expertise in employment law, sound judgement, and excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of translating legal requirements into practical and effective client solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to manage employment-related matters, provide legal guidance, support case handling and dispute resolution processes, and contribute to the ongoing development and strengthening of the firm’s employment law practice.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \n· Advising on all aspects of employment relationships, complex employment law issues and procedures, including migration procedures.\n· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and HR-related policies.\n· Conducting due diligence reviews on employment law issues and procedures, including migration processes, and drafting reports.\n· Conducting thorough investigations into client matters, including performing legal research, analysis, and sourcing expert opinions.\n· Representing clients in court/tribunal proceedings or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and before competent authorities.\n \nRequirements and Desirable Skills\n \n· Bachelor’s degree in Law.
