Ensure the POS details reports agree with Credit Card Machine reports.\n· Identify and obtain explanations from respective personnel for reason for variances\n· Check that genuine discounts are given.\n· Perform month end closing and ensure that the trial balance agree with general ledger.\n· Prepare the Daily Tips Reports for all outlets.\n· Work with the various other teams to support their data needs\n· Prepare any other report or work requested by Management.\n· Maintain proper filing and record retention and is familiar with Income Audit policies and procedures.\n· Daily bank reconciliation preparation.\n· Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.\n \nRequirements:\n· A degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered an advantage; alternatively, an LCCI Higher qualification is required.\n· Hospitality experience will be considered as an advantage\n· Fluency in English language both written and oral.
