We are now looking for a talented Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.\n \nWhat does the job look like?\nThe Purchasing Specialist will have the opportunity to:\nReview and process Purchase Requisitions generated by internal departments\nIssue, monitor, and manage Purchase Orders to approved suppliers through the ERP system\nMinimize manual processes by fully utilizing ERP purchasing and procurement modules\nLiaise with suppliers to confirm prices, delivery dates, quantities, and terms\nMonitor supplier performance related to delivery reliability, quality, and lead times\nCommunicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order status and any delivery deviations\nMaintain and update vendor and material master data within the ERP system\nEnsure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect goods to support production and operations\nCoordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehouse teams to avoid shortages or excess stock\nSupport inventory optimization initiatives by aligning purchasing volumes with agreed stock policies\nMonitor open orders, backorders, and expedite critical purchases when required\nSupport sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and cost-saving ini","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6972625","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6972625","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-05-05T12:46:12.000Z","deadline":"2026-06-03T15:46:12+03:00","createdAt":"2026-05-06T05:18:01.244Z","fingerprint":"29f410697ca3b734","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-05-06T05:18:01.024Z"}
