You’ll be alert, proactive, and always ready to respond!\n \nExciting things are happening as part of the All & More Hotels and Resorts family, AYA Resort are expanding their teams – and we want YOU to be part of it for Summer 2026!\n \nJob Responsibilities\n· Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety at all times.\n· Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.\n· Maintain cleanliness and order around poolside facilities.\n· Enforce safety rules and educate guests on proper water behavior.\n· Inspect equipment and report any hazards or maintenance needs.\n· Collaborate with the F&B Services teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.\n \nRequirements\n· Valid EU Lifeguard Certification (First Aid & CPR included).\n· Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.\n· Excellent communication in English is essential.
