This is a hands-on, data-driven role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will own the daily commercial performance of our 150 units across two countries, combining strategic thinking with operational discipline.\nThis role exists because the portfolio has reached a scale where active revenue management is a step-change opportunity. Multi-unit buildings need rate fences, length-of-stay strategies, and unit-type optimisation. Athens needs its own market strategy distinct from Cyprus.
