The position will report to the Onboarding Manager.\n \nMain responsibilities include:\n \nResponsible to coordinate the collection and review of all the necessary documents for the assigned cases.\nPreparation of all relevant documents and maintenance of records related to clients.\nPresent to Land Registry, Government Offices (Courts etc.) for the implementation of the debt – to asset / repossessions \nPerforming any administration duties with regards to the transfer closing.\nLiaising with other departments and external parties.\nMaintaining files and registers.\nPerform other job-related responsibilities and duties as directed by the Unit Manager or Department Manager of Functional Manager.\n \n Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/AccountingAt least 2 years of experience in a banking role will be an advantageResult driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance.Ability to work under pressure as and when required, this may involve some flexible in working hours where deadlines need to be met.\nAnalytical and organization skills.Effective time management skillsEnsure the confidentiality of all the company’s and company’s clients’ information and documentationHigh levels of integrity and work ethicsKnowledge of MS Office.Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English Language both verbal and written\nLocation\nAltamira’s Offices in Nicosia (Latsia)\n\nBenefits\nAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
