Shop Drawing Review, RFI Management, As-Built Documentation from architect side.Quality Control & Compliance. Material Approval Requests (MARs), Quality Assurance (QA/QC).Preparation MOM, Report and snagging list.Communication with construction team and client.Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.Site supervision and coordination all other consultants. \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree (University/AEI) in Architecture / Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree will be considered an additional advantage. Proven professional experience of at least five (5–10) years in a similar role.Registration with ETEK.Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and licensing procedures.Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D design software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, etc.).Excellent command of the Greek language. Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an additional advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills.High level of professionalism, responsibility, teamwork, and collaborative spirit. \nBENEFITS:\nCompetitive salary, based on qualifications and experience.
