The role participates in workshops, blueprinting, and configuration workstreams, taking ownership of smaller components or supporting larger deliverables such as UAT, data migration, and change requests. The consultant manages product-related activities, gathers requirements, prioritizes enhancements, and coordinates with clients to ensure effective solution usage.
