You will ideally be educated to degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field, and possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration or infrastructure support. Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure is a must, and any relevant certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, AZ-900, CompTIA Network+, or Veeam VMCE will be considered an advantage.
