We seek an experienced BCMS practitioner to work with the CCO and the Compliance Committee and the various business entities BCP managers to guide and support them deliver that change process in parallel with a culture shift.\nReporting line:\nWill report to the CCOWill be a member of the Group Compliance Committee\n Key Responsibilities:\nCompliance CommitteeAct as secretary to the Compliance Committee. (Not just in relation to BCMS)Drive the actions identified in the current prioritised action plan, provide progress reports in liaison with the functional heads to the Compliance Committee and identify failing deadlines and the adoption of plans to green by the business entitiesMonitor emerging risks (e.g., geopolitical, cyber, regulatory, environmental) and ensure that these are considered and addressed by the Compliance Committee and are factored into updated continuity plans and priorities accordingly across the Group.Develop a BCMS Compliance Monitoring plan and ensure timely feedback is provided to the Compliance Committee to ensure that risks identified are addressed in a systematic way across the Group.Maintain an up to date BCMS risk register on behalf of the Compliance CommitteeDevelop KPIs and dashboards for the Compliance Committee to track business continuity readiness and risk exposureProvide regular updates to senior leadership across the Group and the Compliance Committee.Ensure that there are in place processes to produce timely post‑incident reports and lessons‑learned analyses and","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6967407","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6967407","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-04-20T09:54:17.000Z","deadline":"2026-05-04T12:54:17+03:00","createdAt":"2026-04-25T15:19:17.737Z","fingerprint":"3a9381a785d6c0a6","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-25T15:19:17.721Z"}
