{"id":13490,"title":"Interior Designer","company":"Imperio Properties","location":"Limassol","description":"Imperio is a leading property development and management firm in Cyprus, well-known for delivering exceptional projects over the past 20 years. \n \nOur Design Department is expanding, and we are seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end mixed-use developments in Limassol, across residential and commercial spaces.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n- Contribute to the development of design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial interiors.\n- Prepare client presentations, including finishes, FF&E selections, and material boards.\n- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and lead times, and assist in cost evaluation.\n- Participate in and progressively lead client presentations and follow-ups.\n- Participate in client meetings and follow-ups.\n- Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control.\n- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and product innovations.\n- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately.\n- Uphold company values, policies, and design standards.\n- All other duties as assigned.\n \nDesired Experience, Skills & Qualifications:\n- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar.\n- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills\n- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design\n- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.\n- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.\n- Knowledge of 3D software will be considered an advantage.\n- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.\n- Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.\n- Demonstration of ability to work across several projects simultaneously whilst managing workload and meeting deadlines.\n- Someone who thrives both working in a team and independently\n- Proactive, with strong initiative and openn","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6969468","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6969468","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-04-24T13:48:14.000Z","deadline":"2026-05-23T16:48:14+03:00","createdAt":"2026-04-25T06:34:23.585Z","fingerprint":"7ce0ee46e289bb53","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-25T06:34:23.567Z"}
