You will partner closely with Sales and Commercial Planning to enable channel strategies through effective materials management, supplier coordination, budget oversight, and performance insights.\n\nYour ‘day to day’ tasks\nOwn end‑to‑end XP Channels back‑office operations for Brand Retail and LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Points), ensuring operational readiness, governance, and consistent execution.Act as the single point of accountability for tools, materials, and operational support processes across channels.Lead strategic order and materials planning, proactively anticipating demand based on launch calendars and sales plans while ensuring cost efficiency, availability and service continuity.Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of XP Channel operational processes, ensuring scalability and governance compliance.Own supplier and contract governance, including performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and invoice validation.Partner closely with Finance and Procurement on budget ownership, forecasting accuracy, and cost control.Act as a trusted operational partner to Sales, Commercial Planning, and other key stakeholders, translating commercial strategies into executable plans.Own operational and financial reporting, analyzing KPIs to provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.Who We’re Looking For\nUniversity degree, with 3–5+ ","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6969486","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6969486","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-04-24T16:24:23.000Z","deadline":"2026-05-23T19:24:23+03:00","createdAt":"2026-04-25T06:34:23.384Z","fingerprint":"6e802500251e32a7","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-25T06:34:23.368Z"}
