This is a hands-on role combining strategic tax planning, compliance oversight, and advisory support to senior management.\n\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n• Develop and implement the Group’s tax strategy in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.\n• Advise on tax-efficient structuring of real estate investments and disposals, investment funds, SPVs, and holding structures, debt and equity financing arrangements\n• Support cross-border investments, ensuring compliance with international tax treaties and EU directives.\n• Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax compliance for Cyprus and foreign entities.\n• Coordinate and review tax filings prepared by internal teams and external advisors.\n• Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external tax consultants.\n• Ensure timely and accurate tax provisioning and reporting for group financial statements.\n• Provide tax input on property acquisitions, developments, and disposals, lease structures and real estate income streams\n• Support M&A transactions, restructurings, and refinancing activities from a tax perspective.\n• Participate in due diligence processes for new investments and acquisitions.\n• Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation across group entities.\n• Monitor and assess the impact of OECD BEPS, Pillar Two, ATAD, DAC6, and other international tax developments.\n• Ensure substance, economic presence, and governance requirements are met across jurisdictions.\n• Identify tax ri","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6968354","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6968354","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-04-22T10:13:09.000Z","deadline":"2026-05-21T13:13:09+03:00","createdAt":"2026-04-24T12:33:04.379Z","fingerprint":"48bd4d37283ba41e","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-24T12:33:04.362Z"}
