The position has a working base in our offices in our factory in Limassol. \nFinancial Controller & FP&A Manager\n \nWe are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller & FP&A Manager to lead our financial reporting, planning, and performance management agenda.\n \nThis role combines financial control, compliance, and governance with strategic planning, forecasting, and business partnering, supporting both management decision-making and operational performance across the business.\n \nMain Responsibilities\nLead all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting cycles.Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget / forecast performance and provide actionable business insights.Prepare and present management reports and explain financial performance deviations.Support the achievement of profitability, cash flow, and operational targets.Act as finance partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.Lead Supply Chain Finance and support all operational financial requirements.Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across finance processes.Support CapEx, productivity, treasury, and working capital management. \nIdeal Candidate\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional qualification such as ACCA and ACA is strongly preferredRelevant experience in Financial Control and/or FP&A rolesProven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisStrong understanding of IFRS/local GAAP, internal controls, and compliance frameworksExperience working in fast-paced, multi-functional environment","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6968674","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6968674","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-04-23T07:10:54.000Z","deadline":"2026-05-23T10:10:55+03:00","createdAt":"2026-04-24T12:27:07.078Z","fingerprint":"91d7c3794ff620aa","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-24T12:27:05.963Z"}
