Poseidonia Beach Hotel is a 4 star Hotel in Limassol with an ideal location for events.
We organise a large number of weddings and host conferences and events throughout the year for internal and external partners
We' re looking for a young and dynamic profile who can help make these gatherings consistently efficient, cost effective, and memorable. The ideal candidate will be able to send proposals, meet with wedding couples and event organisers, coordinate with all hotel departments involved prior to the event and communicate all the details required in order to ensure a smooth operation and finally overview the event on the day.
Responsibilities
Develop a complete understanding of the rewuirements for every event
Handle day to day administration of events and programs, including answering requests, sending proposals and following up on already booked events
Meet with corporate organisers to finalize details of event and requirements to prepare function sheets with guidelines for every department
Meet with potential couples and conduct viewing sessions of the venues
Meet with wedding couples prior to their wedding and go through the details of their event, creating a checklist and function sheet with guidelines for every department
Overview the operation on the day of the event
Required Skills and qualifications
Patience and ability to listen
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer service mindset
Experience is not a must, however willingness to learn and improve is
Willingness to lead by example and maintain team spirit
Strong organisation and project management skills
